Upgrade the adjustment system on a compatible ring setup. These polyester carabiner straps use fixed attachment points so you can move between preferred heights without rethreading cam buckles each time.
Useful for repeat setups and exercise changes
Set both straps to matching points for the movement you are practising. The clip-in system is convenient when several exercises need different ring heights or when you share equipment with another person.

Setup & care
Use an attachment point designed to support your intended training load. Fit the straps according to their instructions, level the rings and check the connections before training.
Choose matching attachment points on both straps and close every carabiner correctly. Check the available drop before ordering: a 2.6 m strap does not provide 2.6 m of usable hanging height once it is fitted around a support.
Inspect attachment points, stitching, webbing and carabiner gates before each session. Dry fully and store indoors after use.
Common questions
Do I still need to adjust the height?
Yes. Move the carabiners to the appropriate attachment points, match the two sides and check the ring height before training.
Are all colours numbered?
The Black Numbered option has printed reference numbers. Grey Camo and Rainbow should be chosen for their colour and clip-in adjustment style.
Does a 2 kN carabiner rating describe the whole setup?
No. It is the rating marked on each carabiner. The full installation also depends on the rings, straps, attachment point and how the equipment is used.

I am so glad I pressed Add To Cart. These are everything I hoped; they fit well and securily in my smaller hands (I am 5'1, woman) so I am confident to really push myself, the wood is smooth no nasty wood splinters, the straps I also bought are super secure (follow easy instructions)= all this means I can trust the equipment to have a safe workout. Love taking it to my local park, rather then being stuck inside. Mind you I do use them also in/on our pergola too if the weather is too extreme. Look, I have a long way to go I am no fancy pants on these things. But! I am having fun, getting so much stronger and it is definitely the highlight of my day. Go on YouTube for so many fun pointers. Spence my dog loves watching me too :D
Very secure straps. I was so paranoid at first but after reading the very easy set up instructions I am flying (well almost)! Easy to pack up and set up, length is generous. These are well made, the actual straps to the buckle. These are such a great tool for a very effective and challenging movement experience. I refuse to call it a workout as it is so much more then that. Go on YouTube, lots of great ideas there. Don't stress ladies, you get to use and enhance your strength, flexibility and mobility with the straps and rings. I am over 40 and I really wanted a new fun and outdoor way to move. Muscle is king as you are too!! I always feel so euphoric after my ring workout. Oh and Spence my lab loves watching me move up, down and side.
The straps feel high quality and the buckle is very secure. The numbers make adjusting the straps quick and easy. Really glad I went with straps that have a cam buckle for their ability to be thrown over a tall bar (as in the photo), as opposed to carabineer style straps.

I bought these specifically because I liked the dark oaky colour in the product photo however upon arrival, they're very light in colour. A bit annoyed but but they're functional as they should be.
Super happy with my gym rings ... I got them for the quick adjust feature which I'm glad I did ...makes switching between different exercises super easy and quick ...well worth it!

Happy with my new set up
I coated mine with tung oil, which gives a darker colour. I like the look of natural wood. The 32mm rings are solid and look great.
These seem great so far, Im especially happy to find the cam version like this. My only concern is the painted on numbering and level increments. They will wear off over time but let's see how long they last (im sure a sharpie pen will work thereafter). I've taken to leaving the cam just off the levels so as not to pinch on the paint, but that's a bit of a pain. Sewn on levels would be the go, for a truly great product. That said I'm happy with them

Order unfolded smoothly and the bag works great to either store a set of rings, straps, hand grips, etc, or pack it all neatly together in a pack when heading out. It all fits in perfectly and is a good way to keep things organized.
Really great, I've been using it for my outdoor exercises. The number of straps makes it even easier to adjust accordingly. I drew a mini instruction on the buckle, so I know where to insert it.
I’m very happy with my Atonic Iron gymnastic straps! The stitching is clean all around the straps and around the Atomic Iron logo. The straps are 3,8cm wide and 2mil thick the cam-buckle is all black. The straps are numbered from 0-15 on the long 4meter strap. This product is high quality highly recommended!

I am extremely happy with the 32mm timber rings from Atomic Iron. I have owned a 28mm plastic set for many years and now prefer to use the the new larger timber set for the slightly better feel and comfort. The straps and cam buckle appear to be excellent quality which supports no doubt to perform all movements and exercises with confidence. The items were shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The 32mm rings along with the white straps looks nice. I specifically chose the white straps as it looks nicer than black. But as they have no markings and i am inexperienced with rings, i find it a bit hard to set up the rings exactly the same height, it just takes a little more time. Overall nice quality.
Nice feel to these wooden rings. 28mm seems easy to pull on the other hand 32mm is easy to push from.
I'm a complete novice but loving my rings so far. I take them down to the local park and practice hanging upside down, strengthening my core and my forearms.

The numbered markings on the straps aren’t even with each other, which was the main reason I bought this. Also the markings rub off very easily. The wooden rings themselves are great quality but the buckles seem to be made of a lighter alloy then previous Atomic Iron straps that I have however they do seem to be strong. I should have purchased the straps with carabiners instead.
