Shipping policy

Our products are located in Melbourne, Australia. All orders are shipped from our distribution centre the next working day after the order is placed. We utilise a range of delivery and courier options to get your package to you as quickly as possible. Including Australia Post, Couriers Please and Aramex (Fastaway). 

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKES TO SHIP?

These estimates are based on recent delivery performance and do not take into account any current disruptions that may cause delay.

Standard (free delivery for orders over $120)

  • To Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, approximately 2-7 business days.
  • To other metro areas, including: Perth, Gold Coast – Tweed Heads, Newcastle – Maitland, Sunshine Coast, Wollongong, Geelong, Hobart, Toowoomba, Ballarat, Bendigo, Albury-Wodonga, Coffs Harbour, Wagga Wagga, Mildura-Wentworth, Shepparton-Mooroopna, approximately 3-11 business days.*
  • To all other non-metro, regional and remote areas, approximately 4-14 business days.*

Express ($9.99 flat rate for orders over $120)

  • Our express postage option is with Australia Post - approximately 1 - 5 business days (see here for current delivery times).


UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

Occasionally, packages are returned to us as undeliverable. Because we cannot re-dispatch orders that have been returned to us, when a carrier returns a package as undeliverable, we'll issue you a full refund, including the delivery costs.



Note: If you'd still like to purchase the items in a package that's been returned to us as "undeliverable", you'll need to place a new order. A package might be returned as undeliverable for several reasons:



Incorrect address. If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package will typically be returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check the address carefully when placing your order. 



Failed delivery attempts. If the carrier cannot successfully deliver your package after attempting delivery, or by leaving the package in a safe place, the delivery associate will leave a “missed you” card with details about when and where you can collect the package. If you fail to collect the package per the details in the “missed you” card, the package will be returned to us as undeliverable.



Package refused by gift recipient. A gift recipient who isn't expecting a gift may refuse a package if they believe it's being delivered to them by mistake. In this case, we'll refund the gift purchaser and let them know by email. If you want to place a new order for the gift, you may want to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way.



Illegible address. In rare cases, address labels may become impossible to read in transit. If that happens, a carrier will return the package to us.



Damaged in transit. If a package is damaged while it's on its way to you, the carrier may return it without attempting delivery.
