To ensure a custom, secure fit, the finger holes on all WODies are cut only as small slits, allowing you to individually cut the holes to match your finger size. Just be sure to take a look at the sizing chart image before ordering. The more accurate the glove size, the better the results.

Sizes determined by measuring from base of palm to base of middle finger. If you're on the line between sizes, go with the smaller size.

S   0 - 3.5 inches (0 - 8.9 cm)

M  3.5 - 4.0 inches (8.9 - 10.2 cm)

L  4.0 - 4.75 inches (10.2 - 12.1 cm)

XL  4.75 - 5.0 inches (12.1 - 12.7 cm)
