Choose your grip. Build your own setup.
Refresh an existing setup or choose rings and straps separately. This pair of birch wood rings gives you the natural hand feel of wood in your preferred grip size, without adding straps you may already own.
A natural surface for ring training
The smooth, uncoated wood suits controlled rows, support holds and other bodyweight exercises. Pair the rings with appropriate straps and an attachment point for the movements you plan to practise.
Three grip sizes
28 mm: a slimmer adult grip and a practical starting point if you are unsure. 32 mm: a fuller grip for people who prefer a thicker ring. Both support the same range of ring exercises; choose the feel that suits your hands.
Read the 28 mm vs 32 mm size guide.
25 mm: the smaller child-size ring, intended for smaller hands and supervised use. This is a different ring size from the adult 28 mm and 32 mm options.
