I am so glad I pressed Add To Cart. These are everything I hoped; they fit well and securily in my smaller hands (I am 5'1, woman) so I am confident to really push myself, the wood is smooth no nasty wood splinters, the straps I also bought are super secure (follow easy instructions)= all this means I can trust the equipment to have a safe workout. Love taking it to my local park, rather then being stuck inside. Mind you I do use them also in/on our pergola too if the weather is too extreme. Look, I have a long way to go I am no fancy pants on these things. But! I am having fun, getting so much stronger and it is definitely the highlight of my day. Go on YouTube for so many fun pointers. Spence my dog loves watching me too :D

Very secure straps. I was so paranoid at first but after reading the very easy set up instructions I am flying (well almost)! Easy to pack up and set up, length is generous. These are well made, the actual straps to the buckle. These are such a great tool for a very effective and challenging movement experience. I refuse to call it a workout as it is so much more then that. Go on YouTube, lots of great ideas there. Don't stress ladies, you get to use and enhance your strength, flexibility and mobility with the straps and rings. I am over 40 and I really wanted a new fun and outdoor way to move. Muscle is king as you are too!! I always feel so euphoric after my ring workout. Oh and Spence my lab loves watching me move up, down and side.

The straps feel high quality and the buckle is very secure. The numbers make adjusting the straps quick and easy. Really glad I went with straps that have a cam buckle for their ability to be thrown over a tall bar (as in the photo), as opposed to carabineer style straps.

I coated mine with tung oil, which gives a darker colour. I like the look of natural wood. The 32mm rings are solid and look great.

These seem great so far, Im especially happy to find the cam version like this. My only concern is the painted on numbering and level increments. They will wear off over time but let's see how long they last (im sure a sharpie pen will work thereafter). I've taken to leaving the cam just off the levels so as not to pinch on the paint, but that's a bit of a pain. Sewn on levels would be the go, for a truly great product. That said I'm happy with them

I’m very happy with my Atonic Iron gymnastic straps! The stitching is clean all around the straps and around the Atomic Iron logo. The straps are 3,8cm wide and 2mil thick the cam-buckle is all black. The straps are numbered from 0-15 on the long 4meter strap. This product is high quality highly recommended!

I am extremely happy with the 32mm timber rings from Atomic Iron. I have owned a 28mm plastic set for many years and now prefer to use the the new larger timber set for the slightly better feel and comfort. The straps and cam buckle appear to be excellent quality which supports no doubt to perform all movements and exercises with confidence. The items were shipped and arrived in a timely manner. The 32mm rings along with the white straps looks nice. I specifically chose the white straps as it looks nicer than black. But as they have no markings and i am inexperienced with rings, i find it a bit hard to set up the rings exactly the same height, it just takes a little more time. Overall nice quality.

The numbered markings on the straps aren’t even with each other, which was the main reason I bought this. Also the markings rub off very easily. The wooden rings themselves are great quality but the buckles seem to be made of a lighter alloy then previous Atomic Iron straps that I have however they do seem to be strong. I should have purchased the straps with carabiners instead.

Very easy to install and look good! My 2 year old can now do his monkey swings and have lots of fun while playing outside. Outdoor rings were also a good shout because it can get humid where we live and I've seen way too many things grow mould on them, and I wanted to avoid that happening to that equipment.
